Capital raising used to invest in an SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) that purchased a block of land with an existing structure in High Street Armadale Melbourne for $5million.

After holding the asset for two years and completing the permit process and architectural requirements, the asset was on-sold to a development company with considerable profit made.

Each Unit Holder was paid a return of 15% per annum compounding. That return, when taking into account the risk mitigation position of the SPV owning the asset made for a highly successful investment opportunity.
