In December 2018 Members of the committee purchased a large block of land, 2.67 hectares in Port Douglas Queensland for $7,300,000.

We identified the block as a distressed asset and vastly undervalued by the vendor.

After successfully recognising and restructuring the existing plans and permits, at a cost of approximately $1,000,000 the asset was sold in December 2019 for $13,100,000. (Profit $4,800,000)
